This is definitely one of the best, if not the best  we've tested. Not just for comfort but because of its allergy friendly silicone coating. It's tops in usability due to the size of the inside diameter of the ring. It combines all these together with a soft, durable silicone strap with a locking buckle. ( sold separately.)

Our smooth silicone ring gag is great because there are no sharp edges to hurt the inside of your mouth (or your tongue or other things you might be putting it on, against, through...). The silicone ring keepers on each side offer a lovely and unique way of connecting the strap. It's a fully bondage gear-purposed piece of engineering and no one appreciates this more than we do. 

For years, we've been designing and crafting our own  Furthermore, testing it to be sure it does what it's supposed to do. This is a really good . In fact, it's a great bondage piece your toy box would be simply incomplete without.

The Large O-ring is 2" outer diameter and 1 1/2" inner diameter. It fits from 13 1/2" up to 19 1/2" around the head.
